Jen Horsepool has been teaching yoga sine 2010, and has acquired nearly 1000 hours of training in that time.  She has taught AcroYoga for over a year now at Grand River Rocks in Kitchener, and training in AcroYoga for about 3 years. She attended an elemental immersion, run by Acro Yoga International in 2015, and recently certified in both AYFit and as an instructor with AcroYoga360. Jen also teaches Moksha, Yin, Yang/Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, Partner and Chair yoga.
Take yoga to the next level. Literally, because in Acro Yoga we stack you up! Learn how to Base, Fly and Spot static poses safely and work your way up to more dynamic moves.  Conditioning and flexibility will also be key components in this class.  A great addition to your pole and/or aerial practice.
