In the workshop you will go through classic straps conditioning and learn basic grips, mounts and foundational skills of the art of aerial straps. Our focus will be on the artistic strap vocabulary. This is an Introductory workshop. Experience on straps is not required, however completion of Intro to Aerials at Brass Butterflies or equivalent is required.
