This is an all levels class where you will learn Shoulder Rolls, Kips and Floor Flops. Learn some of Suzy’s signature floor tricks and release the demon from within. (Knee pads required, platform heels recommended but not required) 

This workshop is open to all levels and takes place OFF the poles.
