FAQs:
Q: Is this show appropriate for children? Is there a minimum age to attend?
A: There is no minimum age to attend this performance; however, children should be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout a performance. To ensure the enjoyment of all patrons, children unable to do so, along with the adult accompanying them, may be asked to leave the auditorium. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The content of this show will be appropriate for children, though "clean" versions (no profanity) of popular music will be used which may contain lyrics of a more mature nature. Parental discretion should be exercised.
Q: Is there wheelchair accessible seating?
A: Please contact the studio if you require wheelchair accessible seating BEFORE purchasing your tickets.
Q: Do I have to bring a printed ticket?
A: You may bring your ticket on a phone or other device or a printed copy.
Q: Can I take photos/videos?
A: For the safety of the performers and enjoyment of the rest of the audience, photography and videography is not permitted. This rule will be enforced by the ushers and you may be asked to leave if you break this rule. There will be an official photographer and videographer on site, and the performers, or their parents in the case of minors, will have the opportunity to purchase photos and videos of their performances.
Q: Will there be refreshments available?
A: A concession stand, run by the venue, will be open to purchase beverages and snacks before the show and during intermission. Please note, the Conrad Centre does not allow food or drink inside the auditorium.
