Our Intro to Aerial Hoop Teaser Class will give you a taste of the foundations on aerial hoop which is the entry point to the Hoop curriculum program. Aerial Hoop, or Lyra, is a circular bar apparatus. The Teaser class is a preview of what students will learn in their first few classes. No previous experience required.
