Join Betty for 75 minutes on the ground, learning and polishing floor based skills. We will break down kips, fish flops, headstands, and other floor tricks and fillers to practise at home. Kneepads, leg warmers/leggings, and a shirt that covers the shoulders are highly recommended. Bring pole shoes if you'd like to experiment and see how that changes the movements, thought they're not required. All levels welcome.
