This class is an outdoor adaptation of our Ready to Fly online class. A comprehensive full body workout, focusing on specific strength and movement patterns needed for pole and aerials. The format of this class will vary from class to class and may include body weight exercises, Tabatas, Intervals, and Circuits, but will always progressively work all those key areas from head to toes. This allows us to move through foundational movements, strengthen end range of motion where aerialists are most prone to injuries, and learn techniques for improving your pole and aerial skills off apparatus, all while working on muscular endurance.
Cost: Those with credits and memberships for live online classes can use them to register for this class. Non-curriculum credits can also be used for this class. Single class registration $15.00+HST.
IMPORTANT: This class is being held in the parking lot and grassy area outside of our studio at 60 Bathurst Drive, Waterloo, in accordance with the regulations and guidance of the Ontario Roadmap to Reopening O. Reg. 82/20.
In Step 1 Registrations will be limited to 10 students and 3m distancing will be maintained between students. Masks are strongly encouraged. Class will run rain or shine unless extreme weather is forecast. Click below for more details and to book your spot. Capacity is limited.
