Dark and mysterious things happen in the studio after dark. One night per year, we invite you to witness this phenomenon for yourself...if you dare.
Join us for the annual Brass Butterflies Halloween Party and Showcase. You'll be entertained throughout the evening by Pole, Aerial, Fan Dancing, and Burlesque performances. Costume contest, games, vendors, themed mocktails, and tasty Halloween treats await you, all included in your ticket price. Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged. Because we tend to get at little scary (and sexy) at Halloween, this is an 18+ event. In order to keep the event affordable and accessible, we chose not to serve alcohol this year, but we're confident you'll still have a scary amount of fun.
Tickets purchased online through Eventbrite will incur a service charge. Tickets purchased in-studio (cash, debit, or credit) or e-transfer will not incur additional fees.
FAQs
Q. Do I have to wear a costume?
A. No, but it's more fun if you do, and you could win a prize!
Q. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
A. There will not be alcohol served at this event, however some of the performances may have mature themes. We are recommending that only those 18 years of age and older attend this event. Those under 18 years of age may be admitted if accompanying a parent or guardian. Parental discretion advised.
Q. Will you be selling tickets at the door?
A. Yes but only if we don't sell out before the event. Tickets at the door will will be more expensive.
Q. What are my transport/parking options for this event?
A. We have lots of on-site parking. Carpooling or taking a taxi or ride-share service are recommended over public transportation as buses do not run to our location later in the evening on weekends. GRT buses do run regularly to Conestoga Mall (a 15 minute walk away), and the shared cost of a taxi or Uber from there would be minimal.
Q. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
A. Please contact us at info@brassbutterflies.com or 519-577-7653
Q. Can anyone attend?
A. This event is primarily targeted at the Brass Butterflies community (students, staff, instructors), and their friends and family, however anyone can buy a ticket.
