This is a special limited 5 week performance troupe series that will culminate with a group performance at Maxwell's Waterloo in our Valentine's Cabaret show on February 11, 2023. Over five weeks of 90 minute sessions, Jaclyn will guide you through creating group choreography both on and off the poles. While this series will not be focused on learning new tricks or skills, you will get to explore creative combinations and transitions appropriate to each individual's current level, as well as learning and experimenting with some partner and group tricks.
When: Saturdays 1:00 - 2:30pm (90 minutes), January 7 - February 4, 2023 with final performance at the Valentine’s Cabaret show at Maxwell’s Waterloo on Saturday, February 11, 2023.
Pre-requisites: The choreography in this class will incorporate moves from all levels of the Brass Butterflies pole curriculum. Students will work at their current level and choreography will be customized according to who is in the group. Students must be working at the Beginner Pole level or higher to enroll.
Minimum age: Due to the nature of the show and venue in which the final performance will take place, participants must be 18+.
Student Commitment: It is critical to note that because this series is limited to 5 sessions and will involve group choreography, students must commit to attending every session, learning the choreography, and performing in the February 11 show. If you do miss one or more of the scheduled sessions due to illness or emergency, you might be asked to withdraw from the performance. There will be no refunds or make-ups for this series, no exceptions. Please take this into consideration before registering.
