In this workshop we'll explore L-basing acroyoga poses and ways to transition between them. There will be something for everyone, whether this is your first time or your fortieth! Each group will have at least three people in it as we practice the roles of base, flyer and spotter. You can bring a friend, or meet some new ones! If you're looking for a way to spice up your group performances this is a great place to start.
