Dance trapeze (a bar and two ropes hung from a single point) is a fun and versatile apparatus that combines spinning with acrobatic movement, dance and dynamic elements. This workshop will introduce intermediate and advanced level aerial students to the fundamentals of dance trapeze, including choreographic movement around the bar and in the ropes as well as spinning technique*.
