Learn how twerk all over the pole to the song Tempo by Lizzo and Missy Elliot. Body rolls, booty shaking and twerking upside down will all feature in this hot choreography. Come find your inner bad-ass and get ready to learn special moves and a sassy routine, then film in smaller groups so you can take it home and practice or show it to someone special.

This workshop is for students who can invert and shoulder mount comfortably. Heels welcome and knee pads recommended, but not required.
